Michael and the team were absolute legends. Called out for a relatively simple blocked pipe which turned out to be not so simple after all. Worked the multiple problems and consulted with colleagues to solve it quickly and thoroughly, and returned to site on short notice to follow up on work which had been waiting on others to complete. Great service to a very high standard of work.
